At Outside Assembly we have countless years of learning and experience that have led us to where we are today. This is largely thanks to the generous support given to us by both the educational and business sectors of design. It’s also why we feel so strongly about the need to give back to our design community and provide mentorship and leadership to up and coming students of design and those that are starting out in the industry.
Inviting workplace culture that encourages up and coming designers
Investing in the new generation of designers is part of the iterative loop that future proofs the capability that we have all built together. Outside Assembly is proud to be working with a number of University design faculties and high schools from around the state. We believe in an open and inviting workplace culture that encourages up and coming designers to reach out to us. Quite often we become the ones who are learning and we embrace every opportunity to do so.
